SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received via UPS Ground during normal business days. FREE SHIPPING for orders over $69.00

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

No refunds or returns on fabric. Contact Thomas Sewing Center for acceptions to this policy and return authorization.

Refunds within 30 days on machines and accessories in original, undamaged packaging. Must contact Thomas Sewing Center for return authorization.

Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without normal wear and tear, there is a restocking fee of 15%.

*The 30-Day Return Policy applies to all items on this website except the following non-refundable products:

Fabric. Items without original packaging. Sewing cabinets, tables, chairs and insert. Software unless unopened. Industrial sewing products.

Household sewing machines are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine will void all warranties and the 30-Day Return Policy.
